Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.

Retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and all its accessories.

Not show damage caused by improper or negligent use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Products not eligible for return
For reasons of hygiene, safety, or the nature of the product, we do not accept returns of:

Products damaged by incorrect use, modifications, or handling by the customer.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your request has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, whenever possible.
The time it takes for the amount to be reflected will depend on the banking institution or payment service provider and may vary by entity.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
When the return is due to an error by Scooply or a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the corresponding costs.
In all other cases, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We only process exchanges when the product received has manufacturing defects, damage caused during transport, or if an incorrect item has been sent.
The availability of the replacement product will be subject to existing inventory at the time the request is approved.
Order cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, the return procedure established in this policy must be followed.
